This week, I designed and created the email marketing task, using Gmail to send a promotional email about the Labubu 4.0 restock. In the email, I informed customers about the restock date, provided purchase links, and offered special discounts. Additionally, I posted on Instagram, reminding customers about the Labubu 4.0 release and offering a way to subscribe for updates, encouraging customers to leave their emails to receive restock notifications. Week 5: Digital Biz @FEP

Image
This week, I participated in the Digital Biz @FEP mini task, where we created content to showcase UKM’s identity and digital business direction. I chose FEP as the location and made a short documentary showing how UKM students balance academics and entrepreneurship. Each of us represented a part of the day in A Day in the Life of a UKM Digital Entrepreneur, and the video was uploaded and promoted on YouTube, receiving positive interaction and feedback. I played Scene 5, where we showcased UKM students’ digital dreams, from campus to the global stage. Other classmates highlighted their morning routines, learning at FEP, and team collaboration. Each scene emphasized how digital entrepreneurs balance studies and business, and how teamwork drives success. This activity deepened my understanding of digital transformation and entrepreneurship, and how innovation and collaboration drive business growth.

This week, I personally delivered Pop Mart products to customers who purchased them through our Instagram platform. This delivery experience gave me a deeper understanding of how to combine online purchases with offline services to improve the customer experience. This week deepened my understanding of the importance of digital transform...

Week 3: QR Code Ordering

Image
This week, while dining at a restaurant, I discovered QR code ordering . Customers can view the menu and place orders directly through their smartphones. The interface was eye-catching and offered a wide variety of options. This streamlines the process and improves the experience by reducing wait times and physical contact. I found it interesting how this system improves efficiency and reduces the need for waitstaff to handle orders, letting them focus more on customer service. It also helps the restaurant track customer preferences for future improvements. This experience showed me how digital transformation is changing the restaurant industry and reinforced my understanding of how technology can keep businesses competitive. 🌍 I can see how this kind of technology could be applied in other industries to improve services and operations. This week gave me a clearer view of the practical impact of digital tools. 🚀

Hi, I’LIU CHANG ,my matric number is a207456 and this week we began our third semester with the topic of digital business. I learned that digital business goes beyond e-commerce — it’s about creating new value through technologies like cloud computing, AI, big data, IoT, and blockchain 💡. These tools not only improve efficiency but also reshape entire industries. What caught my attention was how platforms like Uber and Airbnb grow through network effects 📱 and low marginal costs, making them powerful competitors. In contrast, the story of Kodak showed how failing to embrace digital disruption can lead to decline. I also realized that digital transformation is both technical and cultural. Success requires strong leadership, a clear vision, and the willingness to change 🌍. Looking ahead, I see how these ideas apply to real projects: analyzing how businesses adapt to technology, spotting risks of stagnation, and finding opportunities for growth. This first week gave me both inspirat...
