week4 :Offline Delivery and Digital Transformation Management

This week, I personally delivered Pop Mart products to customers who purchased them through our Instagram platform. This delivery experience gave me a deeper understanding of how to combine online purchases with offline services to improve the customer experience. During the delivery, I realized how important customer interaction is in enhancing brand loyalty and customer satisfaction. Even though our business relies primarily on online platforms, offline delivery allows us to build greater customer trust and offer personalized service.

Additionally, this week I learned about digital business transformation and growth hacking. I gained insights into how businesses can scale quickly and drive growth through data-driven experimentation, especially in startups. The growth hacking mindset focuses on using low-cost, high-impact marketing strategies, such as A/B testing and rapid iteration, to grow efficiently.

This week deepened my understanding of the importance of digital transformation and growth hacking, and how data-driven and innovative thinking can drive long-term business growth. 🌍🚀
