Week 5: Digital Biz @FEP

 This week, I participated in the Digital Biz @FEP mini task, where we created content to showcase UKM’s identity and digital business direction. I chose FEP as the location and made a short documentary showing how UKM students balance academics and entrepreneurship. Each of us represented a part of the day in A Day in the Life of a UKM Digital Entrepreneur, and the video was uploaded and promoted on YouTube, receiving positive interaction and feedback.

I played Scene 5, where we showcased UKM students’ digital dreams, from campus to the global stage. Other classmates highlighted their morning routines, learning at FEP, and team collaboration. Each scene emphasized how digital entrepreneurs balance studies and business, and how teamwork drives success.

This activity deepened my understanding of digital transformation and entrepreneurship, and how innovation and collaboration drive business growth.

 This week is the final week of the semester, and it’s coming to an end soon. We presented our group project in class, and I focused on basic metrics and analysis , such as likes, reach, email open rates, and social media content engagement. I also showcased the effectiveness of our ad campaign poster, demonstrating how content and audience interaction lead to better results. While dining, I saw an automated robot 🤖 that handled tasks like taking orders , serving dishes , and reducing wait times . What stood out was the robot’s ability to serve multiple tables at once , improving operational efficiency. By automating tasks typically done by waitstaff, human employees were freed up for customer interaction and personalized services.
